About us

We are proud to introduce a new company and a new project – Beanbourbon Roasters. Beanbourbon is a Specialty coffee roasting micro-enterprise, located in Tbilisi, Georgia. We focus on sourcing high-quality, single origin green coffee, meeting SCA standards. From farm to cup, we’re committed to delivering exceptional coffee for those who value craftsmanship, transparency and taste. Beanbourbon is a family-run company with a strong focus on quality. Our love for coffee grew into a new venture. The idea and desire to start our own business was born.

Our Story

Our journey began with a deep commitment to learning, building a relationship with the Specialty Coffee Association, and studying the specialty coffee industry both locally and internationally.
We care deeply about sourcing the finest green coffee, using high-tech packaging materials, creating modern and thoughtful label designs, and delivering a beautiful product to our customers.

Short-term Goal

To produce and offer high-quality, trustworthy, and unique coffee.

Long-term Vision

To contribute to the growth of coffee culture in Georgia, raise awareness among consumers about specialty coffee, and build a community of coffee lovers and professionals.

Roaster

We roast in small batches using the Aillio Bullet R1 system. We closely monitor every roast to highlight each bean’s character and flavor profile. By roasting in small quantities, we aim to express the unique taste of each origin.

Symbolism and Design

Our brand is rich in symbolism. The word “Bean” stands for the coffee seed, while “Bourbon” refers to one of the oldest and most distinguished Arabica coffee varietals.
The Beanbourbon logo represents the joy of savoring a cup of coffee. The connection between the logo and the name was visualized the act of coffee tasting—a moment captured in the expression made by pursed lips during a thoughtful sip.

Together, Beanbourbon reflects both our passion for coffee and our respect for its heritage.
The original logo sketch was created by Kakha Laitadze, and the label and packaging design were developed by a young graphic designer Tasso Franchuki.
