V60 / Pour-Over

Brewing with V60: Precision, Purity, and Control in Every Cup

The V60 is one of the most beloved brewing methods in the specialty coffee world — known for its clarity, precision, and ability to highlight every note in a coffee’s flavor profile. Developed by Japanese company Hario, the V60 gets its name from its V-shaped, 60° angled design, which encourages even extraction and excellent flow control.
At Beanbourbon, we recommend the V60 for those who want a clean, vibrant, and expressive cup. It’s especially well-suited for light and medium-light roasts that feature floral, citrus, or fruity notes.

Why Choose the V60?

Clean and complex – Ideal for single-origin coffees.
Total control – Adjust pour rate, grind size, and temperature.
Minimalist design – Easy to use, beautiful to watch.
