Hailing from the forested highlands of the Guji Zone, this coffee grows under natural canopy
shade at extreme alttudes of up to 2,300 meters. The sharp contrast between warm days and
cool nights slows down sugar maturaton within the cherries, resultng in highly dense beans.
This unique microclimate gives washed Guji coffees their famous, award-winning profle,
celebrated for its complex, sparkling acidity and intense floral aromatcs. -
